Training Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 5am-7am
(3) 1 hour sessions per week within the above outlined schedule
 
Standard Meal Plan Includes:

10 Meals available for pick-up every week
40 Meals total each month
 
Pick-Up Schedule:
Monday and Tuesday Only
5am-9am or 6pm-7pm
